Can I make the reservation of taxi/cab through via phone?
We do not take the phone reservation. However, if you find our Toyota Alphard on the street with vacancy sign, you may take as the normal taxi/cab.
Can you pick up from Kyoto station?
Our vehicles are standby at Hachijo-exit (Bullet train entrance) across the normal taxi wait area.※Karasuma (JR entrance) does not have Taxi wait area. We only standby at Hachijo (South side) area.
I am not receiving the confirmation email about my reservation. Did it go through?
We reply to our inquiry manually. Operation Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM It may take 2 to 3 days to reply to your inquiry during the peak season. Please kindly make the reservation in advance.
Do you rent out the child seat and wheelchairs?
Yes, we rent out the child seats and wheelchairs. We have two types of child seats: infants and toddlers. Please inform us about your request upon your reservation. ※The items numbers are limited.
Do you operate the airport shuttle service?
Unfortunately we do not operate the ride-sharing airport shuttle service. We take a reservation for personal trasport service and can meet you at an arrival gate of the airports.
About cancellation of Sightseeing, and shuttle services.
You may cancelled via email or FAX if your departure is more than 2 days or before. If your departure is within 2 days, please make the phone call cancellation. There maybe the cancellation fees depends on the dates of your cancelation. Please read our cancellation policy.
About Payment
We may take the Japanese yen cash, any credit cards and IC cards. Our authorized credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, DinersClub, WAON, nanaco, Redy, iD, QUICPay, auPay and PayPay.

What the passenger capacity for the children?
3 Children under the age of 12 is calculated as the 2 passengers. If two children are on board, it would be calculated as two passengers.
Can pets such as dogs and cats be onboard together?
The pets are welcome as long as it is caged. We prohibit any pets or animals surrounded by the towels or bags. The guide dogs can be board without any caging. Please kindly inform us prior to the departure.
Can we transport the bicycles together?
Yes, we may transport folding bicycles as long as it fits into the trunk of Toyota Alphard. Please note the folding bicycles must covered by the appropriate sheets by yourself.

Reservation Process

We are flexible. Please contact us for any question. We accept Zen-tabi coupons and Kyo-tabi coupon.

  • ● Please inform the preferred time 2 days before your trip.
  • ● We conduct the initial contact with you regarding your trip schedule and the estimation.
  • ● Please inform us for any changes 2 days prior to your trip via email or fax. If your departure date is shorter than 2 days, please call us via phone.
Cancellation Policy
• There will be no additional cancellation fee if informed by one day before your departure at 6:00PM (Japan Standard Time). There will be 100% of cancellation fee charged after 6:00PM of the previous day.
• Please make the reservation two day prior to your departure as the latest.
